If I had to bet, my money would be on it being created in the lab. The fact that those who consider themselves my intellectual betters oppose this theory merely supports it all the more.

A review of a book that is likely to play a significant role in the upcoming SCOTUS case. The notion that the prohibition of carrying a gun off one’s own property is not a blatant violation of the Second Amendment is insane. It renders the phrase “keep and bear arms” meaningless.
I’ll vote libertarian when my vote doesn’t matter to the outcome, but there is no question that, with rare exceptions the Republican will always be preferable to the Democrat for liberty.
This op-ed seems a little aerie faerie to me, and I’m not sure what exactly he’s proposing, but someone should tell him that space is not the common heritage of mankind.
